Can I post a vacancy for free?
Posting vacancies on hh.ru is a paid service. Employers can post a vacancy and make a payment using one of the following plans: "Standard", "Standard Plus", or "Premium".
Companies from Omsk and the Omsk region can post vacancies for free, paying only for the contacts of the candidates who apply. Also, such vacancies are uplifted in the search results every 3 days.
How do I post a in Ostrovskoye vacancy?
- Create a new vacancy. In the employer's personal account, go to the "Vacancies" section and select "Vacancy+" or "Create vacancy". You can create an ad using a template, finalise a previously saved draft, or start from scratch.
- Enter the main information:
- position name
- specialisation: specify manually or select from the drop-down list
- city
- type of employment: full-time, part-time, remote, etc
- salary: specify a range or a fixed amount, gross or net

The placement period is 30 days. You will receive a notification 5 days before the publication expires.
What is required to post a vacancy?
The employer must specify the job title, salary, and describe the responsibilities. Make sure there are funds available on your account, as vacancy publication is a paid service. An exception applies to employers from Omsk or the Omsk region, as they can use the "For contacts in applications" payment type.
To attract more responses from valuable candidates, we recommend including the following in your job description:

How do I make my vacancy stand out?
You can use the "Standard", "Standard Plus" and "Premium" plans. Your vacancies will be promoted if you use the second or third plan. A "Standard Plus" vacancy is uplifted in the search results every three days, a "Premium" vacancy stays above the standard ones for 7 days — so that more candidates see it.
You can also post your ads on our Clickme platform, with visibility on hh.ru, social networks, and Yandex. You can choose where to place your ads.
There is also a special promotion type on hh.ru — "Placement in the top of the search". Such vacancies are placed above the "Premium" ones. This type of promotion can also be applied to already posted vacancies.
How do I find candidates?
To search for suitable candidates on your own, you can purchase access to the resume database. The service allows you to apply filters such as education level, experience, salary expectations, and more.
It's important to set realistic requirements for candidates. Using the "SalaryCheck" service or in the "Professions" section on "hh Career", you can check how much specialists in different fields and with varying experience levels earn. You can also view the skills that the right candidates have.
Follow a few simple tips to receive applications from interested and qualified candidates:
- Don't complicate the position name. Keep in mind that job seekers use common job titles in their searches, so it’s important not to overcomplicate things.
